Hi there, kia ora, aanii,

We are looking someone to keep our lovely cat and our puppy company for 3 nights/4days while we are on a road trip. Timbit is a 4yr old indoor cat, so her litterboxes will need to be emptied daily. Timbit is very social, and loves to see who comes to the door, so you need to be careful not to let her out. Olaf is a Japanese spitz outdoor puppy (5months by time of housesit), who is NOT accepted by Timbit (yet..??). Olaf is crate trained (her crate is currently in the lounge overnight). It can be a bit of a juggle having an indoor cat & an outdoor dog, but both are used to their environments therefore it only requires a bit of vigilance.
Japanese spitz love company, therefore we are looking for someone who will be around more often than not (of course, you are welcome to take Olaf for car rides).

We have a three bedroom house (bed in each room). There are two decks, both with ramp access, as well as outdoor tables & chairs. The back deck is fully covered. We have two smallish yards (front & back), and the property can be fully enclosed if you wish. The yards are separated by a gate, which may be left open if someone is outside. There is ample off-street parking, including space for a caravan

The garage has scooters, which you are welcome to use while you are here, or use as storage for your own bikes/scooters. The shed has bicycles, which you are welcome to use while you are here.
