One bedroom apartment and 2 happy well adjusted cats, both rescues, in well maintained and very quiet setting, ground level with pleasant garden outlook. Heat pump, double glazing, secure underground car parking, 2 mature cats, unrelated but 90% bonded, all within easy walking distance of Albany village, library, cafes, and Massey University and Westfield about 20 minutes walk, easy access to motorway and public transport.
Cats are totally inside only. 100%. No known medical issues with Ollie and Brian. Not very chatty, don't provide wake up service. Not food oriented.
Can be fed once daily dry food, plenty of window perches and enrichment in situ.
Kitty litter boxes (2× ) are stored in shower enclosure and poo removed daily. Re stocked as needed, usually every 2-3 days. Rubbish, recycling in underground car park.
No grooming needed.
