Looking for a house-sitter for a rural property in Mahana, Upper Moutere. Just two cats to feed / look after (an older female and younger male) - both are fairly nervous with strangers so you might not see them a lot, but the food will disappear! No garden or wider property maintenance required (unless you particularly want to) - excellent neighbours who will assist if any problems arise.

We had a fantastic time at Tim's beautiful Mahana property. The house is spacious, well-equipped, warm and comfortable and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. There is a convenient guest wing with two bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom, where we stayed. The property is very big, park-like, with a lake and beautiful trees (gorgeous autumn colours while we were there). We didn't have to do anything outdoors, but we did occupy ourselves with a little weeding in the veggie garden. The cats are ... MORE
