We need a house sitter

Hawke's Bay - Napier

Clare

We're looking for an experienced house/cat sitter to look after our 6 indoor cats in Napier.

Must be comfortable with indoor only cats (cleaning litter trays) and entertaining them. Our eldest is 17 and the youngest 18 months. Eldest is on different food to the others so needs monitoring while he eats.

Our house is on two levels so must be ok with stairs. We're on Hospital Hill Napier which is a 7 minute walk down to town and a 10 minute walk back up.

We prefer one-two people max. No children please as our kitties are not used to them.

We had a lovely 3 day stay at Clare's house. We enjoyed getting to know the 5 cats and soon got to know their names and each ones different personalities. The cats are very happy and friendly, it was a pleasure to look after them. Clare's home is in a great central location on Waiheke Island with all amenities anyone would need.

I had such a wonderful time looking after Clare and Jim's cats. The house was comfortable and the cats were lovely, affectionate, and playful. I was sad to leave by the end of my stay, as they were wonderful company over the holiday. I would love to come back.

This was such a wonderful pleasure to house/pet-sit for Clare and Jim! Communication with them was effortless and straightforward they are so kind! Also, they offered to leave their car for our convenience which was more than appreciated. Their 5 adorable creatures are the cutest, each of them has its own personality and playing with them was the best way to know everyone, even Keifer, the fearful and wary kitty. I spent 4 days at Clare and Jim's house and had the best of times. I was lucky enough ro meet them in person before they left on their trip, the communication and care taken to ensure I felt welcome and at home was great. And those four cats!!! While keifer kept his distance due to past trauma (he's a rescue), the other three were very attentive and smoochie. Worth the trip 'oversees' to Waiheke which is an amazing place to visit.
