Whatawhata Waikato

Hi, We have a lovely home on just over an acre in a rural subdivision outside of Whatawhata and about 30 minutes to the famous Raglan beach on the west coast. Whatawhata is a small rural village with a lovely cafe, bakery, farmers market shops, pub with garden bar, petrol station and crafty shops. It is a 10 minute drive to the outskirts of Hamilton. The property is very private and not overlooked but we do have fabulous neighbours who would be able to help you with anything if need be. The house is elevated and has spectacular views out to the hill ranges and beautiful sunsets. The house is around 300sqmt, is nicely furnished and has all the mod cons you will need. You will have access to the whole house and the main guest's bedroom has its own bathroom. We have apple, plum and a variety of citrus trees which you are welcome to pick if in season. We have one dog, Billy who is a 7 year old husky/cattle dog cross. Billy is very friendly and loves human company. She does need a bit of exercise but our section is large and there is also a good walk up an undeveloped subdivision at the end of our road. We also have a cat, Dusty who mainly sleeps and eats, I am not sure what breed she is but if you think of a ball of fluff you will not be far off. We will do a grocery shop for you and you can help yourself to anything in the fridge, freezer and pantry. The property is secured with electronic gates so is safe and secure.
