We have a 3-bed rural house and additional self contained sleepout on a lifestyle block with swimming pool and spa just 6kms from Uretiti Beach. We have a Huntaway/lab dog that needs one big walk and a few short walks in the paddock each day, a cat and chickens. They are all extremely affectionate, if a little bonkers. You are welcome to use the sleepout to extend your stay if that is helpful.
A good housesit , Lorna and grant are lovely, and easy going and there pooch is adorable .. loved spending time with Millie , the good thing is Lorna and grant allow you to take your own pet which makes life so much easier , Millie is such a soft gentle dog with other dogs , welcomes them with open paws 🙂
I had the best time looking after Milis, Wookiee and the chooks! careful animals will steal your heart there! What a peaceful abode to be at! Lorna and Grant also were extra nice 🙂 I recommend all around!
Had a lovely time looking after Lorna & Grant's gorgeous house and block. Dog Milis was an absolute delight who got on very well with my dog, cat Wookie unfortunately was a bit shy but ate his food every day and the chooks were no trouble and provided lovely big eggs.
Super communication with Lorna and I really look forward to the next time
