Frankton Hamilton

We have a cosy house in Frankton Hamilton. It's 5 minutes to CBD, 2 to Dinsdale shops or no more than 15 to any other part of Hamilton! We love living so central. Our 3 cats come in and out as they please, we just ensure we bring Artemis in at night since he can get out the cat flap but not back in (he's blind!). Other than that they have no special needs; they're healthy sweet 10 year olds. We have a decent sized back yard with fencing for privacy. You won't need to worry about the lawn as we hire a lawn mower man to come by every 2-3 weeks and handle everything. Our house has a couple of desks set up to work from home, and we've just had a new heat pump installed in our inviting living room. If our exact dates don't precisely line up with your availability don't let that stop you from getting in touch - we may be able to find other arrangements for a couple of days if needed :)
