Glenview Waipa

Hi! We have a lovely large family home in a very quiet, safe street. It’s also fully fenced with an easy push button security gate. Waikato Hospital is only 4km away and the airport is about 10 mins drive. There’s a medical centre, pharmacy various takeaways and other small shops all within a 2km drive - a supermarket is just 500m if you wander through the park entrance on our street. Our favourite places nearby are the lake and the river but the lovely beaches of Raglan are only a scenic 40 minute drive from our home.

We have four bedrooms, lounge and open dining. The master bedroom has a California King bed and a smart tv plus ensuite. There’s a large shower and corner spa bath in the bathroom next door. The kitchen is fairly modern with a few nice touches like coffee machine and instant hot/chilled filtered water. We also have a condenser drier so no need to worry about hanging clothes out in the Waikato winter.

We’re a family with three kids (19, 18 and 10) one of which is very disabled. We’re going on a bucket list kind of trip for her - but unfortunately we can’t take our other family member, Minty.

Our gorgeous healthy playful ball of fluff is six years old. He’s used to hanging out with us day and night so we’d prefer someone who can work remotely. He needs a 15-30 minute run (usually in the dog park right across the road) each day and a decent 15 minute brush each night. Being a Japanese Spitz, he can knot up quite quickly otherwise but he probably won’t need a shower during the sit because his fur is like Teflon! He’s always smiling but does have the nickname “Doorbell” at times because he’ll certainly let you know when anyone’s around…

Apart from that, we’d appreciate the plants being watered (mostly inside as I imagine rain will take care of outside at that time of year) and the lawns may need a mow once or twice (we have a really light, simple battery powered mower and they only take about half an hour)

It’s a smoke free house, though we’re ok with smoking outside on the deck.
