Mangawhai

Hi, I built my cosy 3bdrm, 2 bathroom home 9yrs ago in Magical Mangawhai.
It is set in a leafy subdivision in Managwahi Village with 4 ponds and walkways with a short walk to the village shops, Tavern markets and the estuary.
It is a 5 min drive to the surf beach at Mangawhai Heads where there is the Heads Shops and eateries.
We have a New World and Bunnings half way to the Heads at Mangawhai Central.
My neighbours are awesome!

My fur baby (Cooper), is my 14yr old Jack Russell who is a real character. He has slowed up alot with age, however, he still loves to go to the estuary and short walks.
Unfortunately his hearing is failing him. He can hear high pitched sounds.
Coop has pancreatitis so I make his low fat food and freeze it. He has treats he is allowed (and constantly demands), but no other food or it will make him crook.
He loves his teddies and sleeping on the bed. He basically has the run of the house 😆
Coop is registered with the local Vet (Mangawhai Vet Centre) in the Village.

I have a lovely deck area with plants in pots which will require watering.
The property is very low maintenance which gives more time to relax.
