We need a house sitter

Waikato - Waipa

We have a small lifestyle block 15 minutes from Cambridge and Matamata and a short distance to Hobbiton. There is easy access to the Waikato Expressway for travel to Hamilton and further north and we are also located within an hour's drive of both Tauranga and Rotorua.

We have four horses, two goats, one dog and three cats that will need care. One of the cats has special dietary requirements. You would be required to feed all animals, check their water and also get the goats out for a change of scenery now and then. Although it sounds like a lot, they're all pretty low maintenance as a rule.

Our home has five bedrooms, two living spaces, two bathrooms and a wraparound deck and would be suitable for families. The property is fully fenced but care would be required if smaller children were present as the adjacent property is a working farm.

We had the most wonderful time looking after Mark and Jane’s beautiful home and animals. We had printed info for everything on the farm and were guided through the horse feeding as well as the special requirements for the cats. Jazz is simply adorable and h.er bark is all bravado. The cats were no trouble at all, with Mazza having special dietary needs. Mazza and boots were constant companions while we went about our farm duties and are so cute in their playing.
