Hi ! We have two 12yr old cats who live with us (or is it the other way around) in sunny Nelson region.

We are looking for a live in house sitter for our modern 3 bed plus home office home built in 2019.

Spacious and light with open plan kitchen living and covered BBQ deck area. We get all day and late afternoon sun.

The house is just a few minutes walk from the beaches, Mapua wharf, local pubs and cafes. It offers privacy and a small garden which backs on to the estuary reserve. Very sunny, quiet and simply a great place to live!

Tennis courts and social bowls club literally around the corner.

Mapua is a desirable area and short drive from Nelson and from the Abel National Park

Ideally looking for a couple who really love cats and want to experience ans explore the local region. Plenty of vineyards, golden sand beaches, national parks and we're right on the great taste walking bike trail too!

The cats are used to us being at home every evening and so expect the same from our housesitter.

This is a really nice very modern home to be in with great outlook, warm and comfortable and in a very good neighborhood

Plenty of onsite parking for a motorhome or caravan.
