We need a house sitter

We are looking for someone to house sit our place and look after our 4 year old lab Rosco who will require a daily walk.
The house is double glazed, has a large sunny deck and lawn, and tv includes Netflix, neon, Disney
The house is 10 mins walk to the Johnsonville transport hub, Waitohi cafe and supermarket.
Rosco can pull on the lead and be reactive to cats, no issues off lead at beach etc.
