Hey potential house sitters

We are looking for someone to stay in our cute little brick house which is comfortably situated in the middle of The Wood in Nelson NZ. It's a couple of doors down from the local Sprig & Fern, and Milton St takeaways, plus within walking distance to the Centre of NZ, Founders Park, Trafalgar Park, and Nelson City (Markets etc).

Your stay would involve feeding our our little fluffy poochon dog, DCI Walter Elvis Barnaby, aka Barnaby, Barnis, Barn-dog. He is incredibly cuddly once he gets to know you, gentle with kids, toilet trained, well-behaved, and easy care. He requires food twice a day and a short walk at least once a day. He sleeps in his own bed at night, and can be left outside during the day if you are heading out for day trips.

Zuko, our inside cat, also needs caring for. He is a long haired cuddly guy. His litter tray needs to be cleared each day and food kept in his bowl, since he stays indoors. He just keeps himself to himself otherwise.

Some other important points aside from the above:
- our house is only two bedroom, one with a queen bed, and the other with two single beds. This is an ideal sit for a couple or a couple with children. There are plenty of kids toys to be enjoyed.
- we have wifi and TV with HTML cables etc, plus a lot of board games.
- use what you will in our pantry as long as it is replaced if you finish it.
- Unfortunately our dartboard is off limits
- Watering our garden may be required once a day (in the evening is best but anytime really).
- Leave it as you get it.
- No parties
- No smokers
- No drugs.
