Hi! We are heading away for the Christmas break and are looking for a reliable, honest and pet loving house sitter to take care of our home and cute mini labradoodle Joey while we are away.
We have a lovely cottage on a beautiful 5 acre lifestyle block which is mainly covered in native forest. It's quiet and peaceful at the end of a dirt road. There are some short walking tracks in our forest with beautiful native trees and birds. Its a 20 min drive to Orewa beach and just 10 minutes to Silverdale shops.
We have a few goldfish in a pond which need a sprinkle of feed each day and some house plants to water once a week. Joey is a much loved part of our family so we'd like someone who loves dogs and will take good care of him and give him a good run around the garden each day. He has lots of energy and is very playful but he is mainly an indoor dog and will happily relax on the couch at night. Please get in touch if you are interested.
What a lovely young family. We were happy to stay at their home with sweet Joey while they took a break from their everyday life. Yes we would stay again if all conditions were favourable. Thank you Nina, Tommy, and family for choosing us.
Nina and Tommy have a magical piece of paradise. Their renovated cottage is on lovely grounds with native bush and plenty of Kereru and Tui. So tranquil it feels like you are in a yoga resort. Joey is a gorgeous young dog and very easy care, just throw the ball! We loved our time here.
