Ebdentown Upper Hutt

Two Houses on 1 section (my house in front, parents house in back):

The house that will be available to stay in (because it is much cooler in Summer): Completely renovated 2 bedroom house with spacious living areas. Backs onto a park, walking distance to Upper Hutt shops and train station.
Quiet, pretty neighbourhood. Front and backyard with decks at both.
Barbecue available. Streaming services and Spotify installed on TV. I will add more house pics over the weekend
The birdcage will be in this house so they don't overheat.
6 birds, all very tiny (2 button quail, 2 gouldian finches and 3 zebra finches) and easy care. The cage will be cleaned before I leave so they will need only clean water and food daily. They do not particularly want to interact with people but are very charming to watch.

The cat, Juniper, is scared of strangers and will keep her distance. She can stay at my house in front as she will be happier in her own space. Food twice daily and plenty of water will be required.
The air conditioning can be put on for her and the cat door can be
unlocked for her during the day.

No weeding will be required but please water the garden, especially the outdoor pots.
