Our house is located opposite a beautiful large green space which includes tennis courts, golf course, crochet pitch, outdoor excercise circuit, beautiful park like gardens with extensive trees and spring feed stream.
We are walking distance to town, easy 15-20mins.
Small shopping centre with chemist, Woolworths supermarket, cafe, Speights Ale House, great street coffee cart, beautician, Private Gymnasium all within 10-15 walking circle. Beautiful River Walk minutes away.
The house is fully renovated and modern with excellent appliances and all conveniences, easy to live in and keep clean.
We have one cat Walter who is a bit special. He likes company when it suits him and will decide when and if he wants it. He's pretty easy to care for. Loves his food and a jellymeat treat now and then. He comes and goes through his cat door mostly but also has a favorite window in the kitchen which he asks to be let in and out from.

Skilled in keeping a clean & tidy house with some garden maintenance is a distinct advantage.
We have a reasonable sized garden and would like it watered to keep eveything going and probably some veges in the back which also would want tending. There are flowers in pots and hanging baskets on fences, we ask that these be kept up with water., depending on the time of year they dry out very fast in our minimal rain climate. There are about a dozen indoor pot plants to be watered.

We have an airbnb at the rear of the property which I will have made arrangements for so you will not be expected to deal with it. I work it so there is minimal activity while we are away. We can discuss details further if you are comfortable with this.
