We live in Bay View, Napier.
Large garden fully fenced. Views of the sea and vineyards. Lots of decks to enjoy the views.
Beach one minute away.
Three bedrooms, laundry and bathroom downstairs. Kitchen and living area upstairs.
One black lab, very friendly. Sleeps in carport. Not allowed down stairs.
One feed each day and a daily walk.
