Katikati Bay of Plenty

We are heading down to the South Island for approximately 4 weeks prior to Christmas and over the New Year and are looking for someone to take care of our super friendly dog Uno and maintain our lawns while we are away.
Our 1 hectare, rural property is a 3 minute drive to Katikati township and 5 minute walk to the harbour. We are also a 20 minute drive to Waihi Beach and 45 minutes from Mt Maunganui. The Kaimai Mamaku Forest is in close driving distance and offers a range of short walks to all day hikes. If you are interested in mountain biking, there is also the Waitekohekohe mountain bike park which is a short 10 minute drive away.
We have a 3 bedroom home with open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom has an ensuite and there is a main bathroom with separate toilet. We have a large covered deck which is ideal for those summer BBQ's and a swimming pool.
We are looking for someone who loves dogs and enjoys going for walks as Uno loves a daily walk around the Beach Rd coastal walkway which is directly outside our gate. Uno has her own crate outside on the deck and has a secured lawn to run free on.
We have a large lawn that we mow mostly with a ride on mower and a small area that we do with a push mower. The mowing takes approximately 2 hours all up. We also have a vegetable garden which you are welcome to help yourself to and we'd be grateful if it could be watered from time to time.
We have three tenants living on our property. They have their own accommodation which is separate and away from our home. They are very quite and go about their own daily lives.
Our son is currently living in a small 1 bedroom unit across the drive from our house so we can be a little flexible with the dates if need be.
