Our 3 small fur babies need house sitters whilst we are on holidays, late May to early June 2025. We close our Bed and Breakfast accommodation whilst we are on holidays, and are after experienced house sitters, preferably with references. Within walking distance are local markets, cafes and restaurants, and we're within 3 minutes drive to the main town. This is a great opportunity to discover the Bay of Islands and further north. We need you to keep the house tidy; and our housekeeper will look after basic house cleaning during your stay.

Our large lawns are mowed weekly, but you are welcome to care for the garden beds if you are keen gardeners. We will ask you to water our indoor plants occasionally.

Our three, small adorable and obedient dogs will become your best friends: sorry you can't take them with you when you leave! They are used to company throughout the day. The oldest dog is on heart medication and takes tablets daily. You need to be confident handling dogs, however she readily takes them.

If you need a day or two either way of the indicated dates, we're happy to work around a few days prior and after, so we have some flexibility if you need some buffer time.

There is plenty of secure, off street parking for your car or van if you have one.
