Looking for a house/pet sitter as we venture off to see family overseas
we ideally are looking for one person or a couple for the whole time we are away
ideally not working or working from home since we are away for such a long time we would want bonnie to have lots of company
But happy to discuss further
Looking after our lovely lab Bonnie who is 4
She is friendly and easygoing
She needs approx 1 hour of exercise per day
This can be either for 2 smaller walks or one big walk
She can be left for 4-6 hours if needed
She walks well on a harness is good with people and other dogs
We do have a few local dog parks near by if you want to have her off lead.
She is a sweet dog who once gets her walk and food just loves pats and company
Lovely clean warm home (with use of fire) in Paremata. Water views ! great location near beaches and train station
I had an amazing time staying in Nicky's lovely home and looking after gorgeous Bonnie. Staying in Paremata was a nice escape from the city for the week. Bonnie and I explored lots of the walking tracks around the area, sometimes going for runs. And she was great on the lead and around other dogs. Excellent communication from Nicky the whole time. Would happily house sit again :)
We loved this housesit! Bonnie was absolutely great to look after, such a good dog - we will miss her! Nicky and the family were so lovely and gave great tips on the nearby area. The house is great and well connected with a bus right outside. We highly recommend housesitting here :)
House sitting is a fun, immersive way to experience this magnificent country - without paying a cent for accommodation!
