Our house is located in an idyllic, quiet location. We are away for professional reasons, and would feel more relaxed to leave, if the house remains lived in and looked after. Bush walks and cycle tracks on your door steps. We have 8 chickens, They only need minimal attention, you can keep eggs. Lawn will need mowing every 2 weeks. Ride on and push mowers available. Gardencare required, after heavy winds , eg picking up branches. Watering flowerbeds and veges, 1x per week, if dry. approx 1 hour each time. Some weeding, about 2 hrs a week.

Anna and Leon made us very welcome and prepared thoughtfully for us so that we were extremely comfortable with a lovely bedroom and use of their clean, modern and well equipped house with its gorgeous view. We were invited to eat with them the evening before their departure and they showed us where everything was and Anna took us on a great local walk. I really loved looking after Anna and Leon's beautiful property. Located under the Kaimai Ranges with all its bush walks and bird life, this is paradise. Anna had introduced me to neighbors and friends who were friendly. and helpful. She was also a wonderful communicator with nothing being a problem. The house is beautifully warm, clean and a pleasure to look after. Thoroughly recommend. I

Guilty as charged for not mopping floor on way out. Got Man flue from from damp house and was under the weather.? If the woodburner and flue can be updated ,this will reduce your dust problem big time. Shortterm stay shouldnt have to deep cleen a dusty place. Garden.? Big storms while Anna away. Alot of stuff removed from windblown but not sure what Anna wanted with garden. No one wants to open bank statements and personal mail ,and send to her. This was her express demand. Not open to ...
