Beach Haven Auckland

We live in Beach Haven in a typical 70s style North Shore type house on Rangatira Road. We have fibre internet connection with unlimited data, the usual streaming services for those who want to chill at night. Your bedroom will be at the back of the house and is quiet, Morepork are the most likely noise you will here at night, although never to be seen.
Bus stops to the City, Highbury shopping area, Takapuna, Glenfield are about a 2 minute walk from the house. City is about 15-20 minutes away by bus, less by car on a weekend. Nearest supermarket is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk.
There are dog walking and off leash areas, inc Island Bay beach a couple of minutes drive away for Bear and also forest boardwalk nearby that he loves, although not so much the twig extraction process that follows a forest walk.
Bear is used to people staying and he is a 6 year old Jack Russell, Bichon, Poodle mix. He gets at least 1 park walk a day to burn off the JR energy but the couch potato Bichon is never too far away at home. He requires no special care. There is a back garden for him to wander during the day for his needs.
