Pakaraka Northland

.We have four (yes 4!!) fabulous kitty cats who are all related. They need kind and loving carer(s) to be with them while we are away. The two ginger cats are AK (Adventure Kitty) and Simba (King of the Lions) and then is brother Bear who is a blue grey gorgeous boy and watching over them all is mother Lulu our tortoise shell fluff ball. These kitties are all pretty self sufficient although Lulu is a real home body and loves being around you, she hasn’t yet mastered the art of the cat door so she sometimes uses a litter box which needs checking daily. Overall, apart from food and water, they each love having smooches and cuddles when they come in to say hi and tell you all about their day. This will be a pretty easy job for someone who wants a quiet country stay on a 5 acre farm in a beautiful unique location. We have Starlink wifi, and an office set up for any digital nomads. Sky Sports, Apple TV, Acorn TV and Netflix and the usual On Demand NZ TV channels. A soak in the spa pool each night while watching the stars or satellite spotting is a great way to end the day and enjoy the hoot of our local Ruru (Morepork) bird.
This is a comfortable single storey home with a flat section and there is plenty of room to park a camper or caravan. We have lawns mowed frequently so no need for sitters to do this task. Garden and pot plant watering may be required. From our house it is 19 km to the post office in Kerikeri and just over 20 minutes to Paihia beach. Kerikeri has a wonderful weekend market along with their Friday night food trucks and live music. Our home is a great location to use as a base for day explorations of the Hokianga and Bay of Islands. Sorry, this sit is not available to smokers as I'm highly allergic.
