Rangiora Waimakariri

We live in a very quiet cul de sac with great neighbors. It is within 30 minutes walk of the shops and 1 of 3 supermarkets. There is a park with children's play equipment, just a few minutes walk from our home.
Our home faces norh, so gets lots of lovely light and sun. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
We have 2 Japanese Spiz who will be 2.5 years by April. They are a joy, full of life and love being driven to the local dog park!. They need a couple of brush sessions over this time period. Also in residence, we have an elderly cat. Well, I hope she'll still be ok by April. She comes and goes, a typical cat. Not really smoochy, but you never know!! The fish just need feeding. The tank will be cleaned out before you come. (It's a big job, and a bit yukky!)
The garden may need some watering, depending on rain levels prior to going.
