Paeroa Hauraki

We live in a beautiful rural setting just 5 minutes outside of Paeroa and 10kms outside of Te Aroha with walking access to the Hauraki Rail Trail and a great location to visit Coromandel, Hamilton, Tauranga or other central Waikato areas. Waihi beach is about 30 minutes for a swim and the Karangahake Gorge is about 15 minutes for amazing tramping.
The house is a large 4 bedroom (1 study) house with plenty of room for parking. It is a lovely place to live.
We have a 2 year old GSP/Lab bitch cross - very friendly and soppy and a 10 year old grumpy fat cat who we love dearly. We also have a second cat who visits occassionally. There are 4 sheep and a couple of cows on our 5 acres that a neighbour will keep an eye on for us.
Only garden care would be occasional lawn mowing - takes about 30 minutes to do the lawn and easy to manage! You are welcome to do weeding if you want to but not required!!!
