I was extremely fortunate to be in Alexandra through the Blossom Festival activities. It was a wonderful experience for me - such colour and vibrant energy! Karyn communicated what I should know about the housesit and we chatted easily together. The attractive tabby cat, Little Pos, and I became friends very quickly. Karyn's house was comfortable and her woodfire very welcome on cold mornings and evenings, and her spring flowers were beautiful. Karyn's place was reasonably close to the centre ... Karyn's house was comfortable and her woodfire very welcome on cold mornings and evenings, and her spring flowers were beautiful. Karyn's place was reasonably close to the centre of town and I walked anywhere I wanted to go. I highly recommend this housesit to other housesitters for a friendly owner and cat, house comfort and the dramatic Otago location.

It was a delight to look after Little Pos, Karyn’s cat. The not so little, Little Pos, is a cat of considerable size! Little Pos’s sole desires were food, play, a warm fire, and to be with you. Karyn’s house is spotless and cosy with an ample supply of firewood and a heat pump, both of which were appreciated during the period of snowfall while I was staying. Karyn’s home is conveniently located near cafes, the supermarket, and scenic walking/ biking trails, like the Lake Dunstan Trail ... MOREIt was a delight to look after Little Pos, Karyn’s cat. We spent ten amazing days in Karyn's home with one lovely cat Little Poss. She is an independent cat, who likes to be accompanied by humans. She does everything you do, with you. And recording her mood she can be cuddly or very playful. Communication with Karyn was smooth, house is beautiful with small garden. Thank you Karyn for pleasant staying with Poss
