Merivale Christchurch

Hi we have a modern two storey 5 bedroom family home, with a 2.5 year old female black Labrador and two cats around 13 yrs, one male and one female. Our spare bedroom is downstairs with a bathroom just off it. We have a north facing garden with outdoor seating area and a pool for use. We are located 5 min walk to Merivale Mall and a 20 min walk to Hagley park or town plus a 25 min drive to the beach. Our cats just require feeding and our dog requires feeding in the morning and at night plus a decent 1-1.5 hour walk (approx 8 kms). She is a very cruisy young dog with a very gentle nature, and happy just to be with you, so would ideally prefer that she wasn’t left alone all day. We would require you to water our pots and top up the water level of our pool when needed. There is a lawn mower there if you wanted to mow the lawns while we were away, (but entirely up to you) we will mow them before we leave.
