Great little house, neighbor's and Suburb. House is clean and tidy, easy to up-keep.
We have a mixed breed dog, bit older now that needs to be fed twice a day and loves walks. Fairly low admin, spends most of the day at the front and sleeps inside on her bed.
Limited requirements in the Garden, potentially a small amount of watering. Will need to meet the person first.
