Waverley

Hello! My partner and I will be away for a holiday and are looking for someone to house-sit and cat-sit.

Info about our house:
- Great sunny location, close to parks and bus route
- 3 bedrooms (one is currently an office), two bathrooms (one ensuite), about 500 square meters of land
- Wifi, TV (no cable sorry), wood fireplace and heat pumps
- Fully furnished, all bedding/towels, kitchen equipment provided
- Small garden boxes on patio
- Approx 10-minute drive to city centre (bus routes close by). Some shops a short walk away (cafe, takeaways, dairy)
- I'm happy to give you recommendations for things to do in and around Dunedin!

Info about Leo, our cat:
- Male, approximately 6 years old
- Vaccinated, desexed, can use cat door
- He might take a day to get used to you, but he is very snuggly!
- Loves to play with a string, ball, sticks, etc.

What we would ask you to do:
- Give Leo food and water each day
- Change his litter if needed (he often goes outdoors)
- Water indoor plants once or twice a week
- Water garden every few days
- Enjoy the local neighbourhood!
