Hi, we live on a 10 acre property, there are 2 houses 150 metres apart. Accomodation will be in the newer house, own bedroom and bathroom. Wifi and Sky tv available and the house is airconditioned. Garage parking available.
Large animals are : 1 cow, 2 goats, 26 sheep. all fencing and troughs in good order. Troughs should be checked for water level each day.
Cats will need feeding and petting each day,
The dog is friendly, a black labrador and has a fenced back yard to run in and a shed to sleep in. Likes to be walked daily.
The 9 hens have a large fenced run and a house for sleeping and laying.
The property is 4 kms from Winton town which has a New World supermarket, a pharmacy, 2 pubs, Mitre 10 and many other shops.
Our neighbours are aware we are away and can be contacted for assistance .
The property owner is a vet employed by the local VetSouth clinic and any assistance needed is a phone call away and any costs will be charged to her account.
