Terraced townhouse with a carpark. I have a cat called Boris who is pretty low key and a bit of a scaredy cat (very skittish with loud noises), but will make friends with people who feed him - very much the most important thing in the house. Second bedroom will be available for you. Can sort out a great WFH set up if required. The neighbours are all pretty sweet. Number one req is looking after Boris. He's 5 years old and loves pats, food, and watching the birds. Away for long enough to prefer someone to keep him company. Dates are not 100% locked in - I can be flexible.

Suburban Auckland, good base for all of the West Auckland/Waitakere stuff, or if you have family nearby who you are visiting for Christmas.
