Cracroft Christchurch

Modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Very close to the Chch Adventure Park (mountain biking) and lots of walks around the Port Hills. Multiple reserves nearby for walking. One smoochy 5 yr old Labrador that loves his food and sleeping in the sun, but loves his daily walks. We have a great vege garden and glass house, so plenty of fresh vege and salads.
Fast internet connection and Netflix, and Neon.
Our dog hasn't been around pre-school children so older kids will be ok. He walks nicely but can get excited if he sees a cat !! and can pull away, so will need someone strong enough to hold him. Treats always help :-)
