We need a house sitter

Canterbury - Waimakariri

Anne

Lovely home with gorgeous swimming pool. On a lifestyle block peaceful but only 45 mins north of Christchurch, within 15 mins of Rangiora, Kaiapoi and Amberley. Handy to rivers, the beach, lovely forest walks. We have 2 Newfoundlands as well as 4 cats and a small herd of alpacas. We are also looking for a farm sit from 7-15 February. We would like the hoses popped on the garden every couple of days, some of the pots watered. The alpacas need minimum care - a daily check and clean of their water troughs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne and Bevans farm. They are easy to communicate with and very caring lovely people. Anne left us a well put together list of instructions and contacts if we needed a little help. Plus they were always available to take our calls when we had questions. It was a joy to look after thier 3 gorgeous Newfoundlands and 3 cute and cuddly cats.....and it was so relaxing to watch the alpacas wandering the paddocks. For us, Anne and Bevan's was the best house sit we could have hoped for! Over two months of giant teddy-bear dogs, friendly cats and fourty hilarious Alpacas was an amazing experience. Anne and Bevan were great hosts and we feel like we made great friends. They were also always there for us when we had questions and to talk us through any problems. We had a very good experience at the farm. The instructions were very clear. Lovely cats, beautiful dogs and a herd of alpacas for a nice view on the fields. We recommend this homesitting to anyone who loves animals.
