New house (2022 built) on 3,000 square metre section in Kerikeri, fully fenced and newly landscaped.
Kerikeri is a well-served town in Northland, just over three hours' drive from Auckland. It has 2 supermarkets, a golf course, tennis club plus a number of other sports clubs. Paihia and the gateway to the Bay of Islands is a 25-min drive away. Our house is on a new subdivision 5-minutes drive out of town. You'll need a car to get around.
The house is one-storey and the section is level. We'd need you to mow the lawn and keep the weeds down.
We have a 12-year old female Jack Russell dog, still needs walking every day, great company and starting to get a bit eccentric!
