Huntly Hakarimata area North Waikato

Who is attracted to our modern & highly comfortable home/house, for 2 weeks in July 2025? We, Reinhard & Petra, Deluxe-retirees in the 67/70 + are living on our daughter’s 3 ha. lifestyle block in rural North Hamilton Waikato. To this time our daughter is not available for our house caring. For many years we are breeding "hypoallergenic" traditional Siberian Forest Cats. In NZ winter time - July is no breeding time (so, minor effort and only daily routine feeding & a few cuddles necessary. The cats are living in their home attached designated garden quarter.
We are looking at 2 ½ weeks 30 June to 18 July plus perhaps one day of handover prior.
Our home is styled for DELUXE retirement – so mostly ground floor level living + an additional guestroom upstairs, and the garden outdoor seat place & outdoor Finn-Sauna is available to use.
A 400 sqm garden with vegetables & lawn – low maintenance work always welcome, but not a must. (GOOGLE MAP here = is wrong, >>> we are next/close to the Kauri Loop Track) just 200 meter cross/from Hakarimata Road. (Waikato River left side > north) looking forward getting to know you personally.
