2 story house with lift. Modern home with modern appliances. Easy home to maintain. Excellent beach view to the East and mountain views to the west. 3km from city centre. Easy access to Napier, Taradale and Hastings. Quiet, pleasant helpful neighbours. Close to walk/bike tracks. Home alarm system. It is important to meet you before the stay but you must come the day before the stay to understand the house operations. Off street parking.
We had a really wonderful experience with this House sit. Great and nice communication with Sue before and during the House sit. It‘s really easy to take care of the House (watering plants/garden).Beautiful sunrises from balcony! If ask to care for their home again, we‘d definetly do it again.
Sue is a lovely house host. She left clear instructions both verbally and in writing. Her daughter who was the point of contact was easy to communicate with too.
Sue's house was welcoming and cosy, and in a great street, and I fully recommend Sue as a house sit host.
