Onekaka Tasman

Welcome to our comfy tiny house! Plus 2 cabins - as a bedroom and an office - and a large deck, there is plenty of space - made of wood and chemical free we are located in a very quiet area, you will only hear the ocean and the birds.
We live 20 minutes drive from Takaka, a little town with a cinema, some cafes, shops, a supermarket, a market...
We live 200 meters from the beach and the estuary. The house has sea and mountain views - with only our lovely neighbours who are the owners. We live in a small community that practices Qigong and Life Cultivation based on living in harmony with nature. We have a good internet connection, a composting toilets 1 indoor and 1 outdoor, a garden and a polytunnel.
We want the vegetables and plants to be watered and cared for - treated when sick, cut and bound when necessary, harvested and eaten! - using only organic and home-made treatments. And to do a little of weeding, no mowing.

Lilou is our dog Fox Terrier/Jack Russel who will be 1 year and 2 months in November. She is a happy dog with a good nature, social, very very cuddly and smart, She is dynamic and needs to walk, run and play - she needs 3 walks a day - so better to be fit. There is plenty of space for walks and you don't need to use the car – to go the beach, to the estuary, in the fields. Lilou needs also some good sleep, so we would like someone who will respect her routine and keep a good balance between playtime and rest time.
The house is fenced and Lilou has safe access to the house, the deck and a small garden large enough to play ball.
Lilou is well behaved: she has been to puppy school and benefits from some private dog training sessions when needed.
You can take her to a cafe and she knows to stay calm and wait and be leashed when walking.
She has 2 dog sitters so she used to be taken care of by other people. She loves people in general.
We also share chickens with our neighbors, if they are away at the same time we'll ask you to feed them, otherwise they will do it and they will clean the chicken house.

We are looking for someone who has some experience with puppies and dogs in general - - and be able to respect our privacy.
