Akaroa Christchurch

We are situated in Akaroa Banks Peninsula . 10 minute walk to the village and ninety minutes by car to Christchurch. The village has all usual amenities including restaurants and cafes .Our house is situated in 2/3rd of an acre among the
bush and trees. There is parking for a car or campervan .
We have 2 Cavoodles. Lily is 6 years old and Cooper will be 18 months old . Cooper is a rescue dog and has learnt a lot over the last 6 months. They are housetrained and the garden is fenced so they cannot get out. They sleep in the same crate and get on very well with each other . Lily is good on the lead and Cooper is progressing well on the lead. Dogs need to be fed twice a day and walked once a day.
Lawn will need to mowed 0nce or twice . Garden will need minimal attention as it’s winter.
We also have 5 sheep and two geese that look after themselves. They stay in the surrounding paddock.
