We need a house sitter

We live on a small farm of 26ha with lovely rural views from the house which is sitting quite high up hill, brilliant views of the Kaimai Ranges right down to Mt Te Aroha. The sunsets are to die for.
We have 20 sheep and 22 cattle and calves (who will need to be watched, moved between paddocks and water troughs checked.
10+ laying hens (who need feed daily) lots of eggs to eat
1 x very friendly dog - who needs regular walks. Max (chocolate lab)

The house is new and very warm (log fire & double glazed windows and doors), quiet and easy to keep clean.
We live only 7 minutes from Tirau and approx 15 mins from Matamata. Okoroire is famous for it's historic pub and Hot Springs only 5 mins down the road.
There's also river and rail trail paths and Tauranga and the Mount are only 40 mins away over the Kaimai Range.

Sam and Dave were so friendly and inviting, and their home was a treat to stay in - modern, big and comfy. Their dog Max is an absolute baby whom we loved dearly within five minutes. Their elderly cat Sammy is also gorgeous, totally friendly and loving. Their sheep and lambs were easy to care for, and we had more eggs than we knew what to do with from their chucks. 10/10 house stay, thanks so much for having us!
