Hi everyone,

We live in Welcome Bay, Tauranga and are looking for someone to look after our house and care for our very spoiled 10 year old dog who is a spaniel cross,

We have a 3 bedroom single storey detached house with a reasonable size garden. A lawnmowing company comes in on a fortnightly basis to do the lawns so might just be a bit of watering of the garden to do, depending on the weather.

We are a 15 min drive to the Tauranga CBD and 20 min drive to Mount Maunganui and its beautiful long sandy beach.
We are only a 2 minute walk to local bus stop with a direct bus into Tauranga.

Great local walks without having to get in your car.
A few local shops including a 4Square, a pharmacy, and a very good sushi shop.

Off street parking available. We have quite a steep front driveway so only suitable for a small campervan if you have one - not suitable for a caravan or motorhome.
