We have a 2 bedroom house with one guest room available with a queen bed for the house sitter. We have two indoor cats and a small garden with a patio. Garden won't require any maintenance unless you want to if a long lawn bothers you. We have an HRV and a heat pump so it's warm and dry. Cat's need the litter box emptied and feeding each day and litter box cleaned once a week.
