Waihi

We are a couple, who retired to Waihi nearly 3 years ago. However we have never been busier since we retired! We are hoping to find suitable house sitters for our home, who would treat it as their own. Plus we have a male, part-spaniel, (13 years old), who lives for his walks & to be with people. He is happy to sit on his couch after a good walk, or tottle around behind you in the garden. We have gates to keep him on the property. He is always happy to go in the car too. Our home is a smallish, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open plan, with a very private covered deck, a heat pump and free standing fireplace. We are on the edge of town, so feels a little rural. Our section runs down through paths amongst plantings, to a small, private stream. There is a double internal garage + carport. There are fantastic walks, cycle rides, cafes & local points of historical interest. Many of the walks are dog friendly!
