This property is situated an easy 20 minutes drive from Blenheim town centre and is at the beautiful Rarangi beach. You will enjoy a large comfortable home, off street parking, a fully equip sizable kitchen and relaxing sunroom. There are bush and beach walks to enjoy, a golf course and free tennis courts all within walking distance from the house, tennis racquets and balls available to use. Also available are two bicycles.
Toby is a 10 month old tabby, still very playful and comes and goes as he pleases.
You will need your own transport as the local small grocery store is 12Km away, Blenheim 17Kms and lovely Picton 27Kms. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this lovely area. You can either swim at Rarangi beach so long as the conditions are reasonable or there is Whites Bay 6km over the hill which is safe sheltered swimming.

I loved the tranquility and comfort of the house and area surrounded by bush-covered hills and beautiful beaches nearby. It was a tonic to be surrounded by nature and within easy reach of Blenheim and Picton and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds and a retreat away from summer crowds. Annette is a friendly welcoming lady, who has a lovely beach home.The house was clean an tidy which left me to be able to relax an enjoy the beach an native bush walks. Would definitely recommend an do this house sit again.
