This was a wonderful location for a cozy winter respite. Kathy was generous with her hospitality and accommodating with our schedule, wish we could have stayed longer. The house was super clean and comfortable, warmed by a lovely modern wood-burning stove, tucked into the end of a quiet neighborhood looking out over tree tops. Shadow and Willow were easy to care for and Kathy included easy to follow written notes as a helpful reference; Shadow is a little lover, amenable to all the snuggles. ... Willow is a stunner, open to some petting, too. We would be happy to return again.

We had a wonderful ten days with Shadow and Willow in Kathy's lovely home. The kitties are so easy care we almost felt guilty! Communication with Kathy was excellent and she even gave us some great local recommendations, including a spectacular hike. This is the perfect location for enjoying all Northland has to offer. We were sorry to leave.

Kathy is great. The house is lovely and comfortable and Willow and Shadow are absolutely gorgeous. We'd willingly sit for Kathy again any time we're here in NZ and available. Thanks for having us Kathy.

Kathy has a lovely, comfortable home and is only a 5 minute drive to Kerikeri and Waipapa townships. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, Kathy's cats Shadow and Willow were absolutely delightful! They were great company, quite talkative (especially at meal times!) and they both enjoyed lots of cuddles. I would happily relish another sit in the future.

Kathy's instructions and communication was perfect. The cats are a delight. Very warming comfortable home. Would love to return.
