Fairfield Dunedin

Non smokers only please. We have a lovely sunny house including a deck overlooking the back garden. Fairfield is a lovely family suburb which is 10-15 mins drive to the city and a few mins drive to the beach. We are close to the bus stop also.
Our dog Charlie is a black lab and will be nearly 4 years old. She needs two shorts walks a day, fed and taken to the toilet. She is fine in the house for a few hours during the day but we have an outside kennel if you're out more than a few hours. She sleeps in a crate at night. She loves to play and is very affectionate. Our cat Tortilla is ~10 years and needs food and water. She sleeps downstairs in the garage area at night. She's lovely but her and Charlie tend to keep their distance from each other!
We are happy to ask my brother to mow the lawns if you would prefer.
We'd just appreciate you watering plants/vegetables if any are needed.
Would prefer one sitter for the whole period but can split if necessary.
