Minimal - mow lawn once, twice max
Estuary walks on the doorstep, local beaches and forest a few minutes away
Enjoyed spending time with Ash in the evenings and on my days off.
Peaceful home and nice and quiet.
Enjoyed doing the lawns and some work in the garden on my days off.
