Waimauku

We have a lovely home with beautiful sunset views. In a quiet location in Waimauku Village. A short drive to Muriwai Beach and woodland walks.

Sprocket is our 10-year-old Spoodle. He's cuddly, loves his walks and a game of tug. Mostly he loves to cuddle up and watch the world go by. He does have a love of socks - but will give them back for a treat.

Would suit a couple who will spend time with him (he's fine alone too) and enjoy peaceful location with all you need, including secluded deck, cozy fire, spa pool, etc.

If you're keen on gardening there's lovely gardens that are happy for some love, but not compulsory. A quick mow and some indoor plant watering is essential.
