RD4, Pukenui Houhora, Far North

Hello,
We live in a special part of the winterless Far North, close to Houhora Harbour, 45km north of Kaitaia and overlooking the east coast & off shore islands. If you're looking to escape the chill of winter, there's no better place than the Far North! We have a small lifestyle property with fruit trees & olives. There are many beaches within easy access & great places to fish, walk & explore. There is a small village with general store and cafes nearby. Our 17 year old home is modern, comfortable & sunny. We have an 3 year old Fox Terrier/Jack Russell cross named Buddy and an 10 year old English Staffy named Violet. Our dogs are inside pets and are used to spending most of their time with us in and around the house and on walks around our hill. Our daughter, son in law & grand-daughter also live in another house on the property & though busy with their work & life, are here as support. We have a small greenhouse with some subtropicals & houseplants requiring occasional watering. We would appreciate a sitter who loves dogs and who will take care of our home and plants as we like to. We look forward to talking with interested sitter/s who would be happy to spend the majority of the time relaxing on the property with the dogs. Ideal for someone working from home or on line, due to quiet location and Starlink high speed internet. Our property is not suitable for small children sorry.
