Maungatapere Northland

We have a lifestyle property 20 minutes drive outside of Whangarei, Northland, NZ. About a 5 minute drive away is the small town of Maungatapere which has a general store, cafe, museum, garage, a couple of churches, school and medical centre and a few other businesses.

The property consists of a large garden and an adjacent paddock where 2 very friendly goats live. They will only require checking in with daily and feeding some treats taken from the trees, shrubs and weeds in the garden.

There is also our 10 year old Cocker-spaniel Bowie who will require frequent cuddles, regular meals and two daily walks at a nearby park.

Even though we have a large garden we don't anticipate it will require much attention at this time of year. Apart from mowing the lawn a couple of times and watering some potted plants if there is no rain - unlikely.

We have lots of fruit trees, lemons, limes, and feijoas may be fruiting.

Our home is spacious, modern and warm with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Friendly neighbours on both sides.
