Omokoroa Western Bay of Plenty

Hi our names are Russell and Ady - Our home is 6years old, 4 x bedrooms and on one level. We live in a small beachy suburb/town with a golf course and many walking tracks to explore. Good access to the water for safe swimming, boating etc. Plus local shops. We have an 8yr old Spoodle (Springer spaniel X poodle, mid sized) named Jock. He's friendly, loves walks, is well behaved and loves to be around you, He sleeps inside and is fixated on food and will bark if someone comes to the house. He has daily medication in the mornings and needs a weekly bath/shower due to skin allergies. The garden is easy care, just need the lawns to be mowed and edges to be cut. Our main concern is Jock, we just want him to be happy, he's friendly with most other dogs.
